Northshore Vision 2050

Brisbane, QLD2024–Present60,000 seats

Northshore Vision 2050 is a 60,000-seat stadium-anchored urban renewal masterplan for the Northshore Hamilton precinct in Brisbane — one of the most significant pieces of pre-Olympic infrastructure planning in Australia.

As Lead Sports Architect, Jake Martin led the sports program and venue brief development, integrating athletes' village planning, mixed-use precinct strategy, and legacy mode activation into a coherent long-term framework. The masterplan anticipates Brisbane 2032 Olympic requirements while establishing a viable post-Games legacy for the site.

The project involved deep engagement with traditional landowners, state and local government authorities, transport planners, and Olympic delivery stakeholders — translating diverse requirements into a spatially coherent precinct vision.
