Australian Rugby Development Centre

Moore Park, Sydney, NSW2016700 students, 100 staff

The Australian Rugby Development Centre at Moore Park is a high-performance training and education facility for Rugby Australia, co-located with Allianz Stadium. Its distinctive arched black glazed facade makes it one of the most architecturally striking sports training facilities in Australia.

Jake coordinated the interior fit-out for two tenants in fast-tracked construction, managing mechanical, electrical, acoustic, environmental and structural consultant packages simultaneously. He also produced the full interior documentation packages for tender — furniture, fixtures, partitions, glazing, operable walls and stairs — and provided additional construction documentation for the outer building envelope during staged construction.
