Northern Aquatic Community Hub is a ground-breaking 5 Star Green Star wellness precinct in northern Geelong, one of the first aquatic facilities in Australia to target this sustainability rating.
As Project Architect under Geelong City Council, Jake managed all design development and documentation under a traditional contract. The hub integrates health, fitness, recreation, cultural and community wellbeing facilities in a single precinct, with a 5 Star Green Star assessment covering sustainable design, construction and operation.
