Northern Aquatic Community Hub is a ground-breaking 5 Star Green Star wellness precinct in northern Geelong — one of the first aquatic facilities in Australia to target this sustainability rating.
As Project Architect under Geelong City Council, Jake managed all design development and documentation under a traditional contract. The hub integrates health, fitness, recreation, cultural and community wellbeing facilities in a single precinct, with a 5 Star Green Star assessment covering sustainable design, construction and operation.
