Kai Tak Sports Park is a 28-hectare world-class sports precinct on the former Kai Tak Airport site in Hong Kong — one of the most complex sports infrastructure tenders in recent Asian history.
Jake led a team of three on documentation and planning for the Public Sports Ground Athletics facility, ensuring all brief requirements, retail, mechanical, and green space provisions were met without conflicting with the Kai Tak Tunnel below. He also authored and coordinated the 400-page tender submission — a document explaining circulation, acoustic, operational and security strategies across the full precinct.
