NCAA College Football Playoffs — Inaugural Season

Dallas, TX2015

The inaugural NCAA College Football Playoff — the first year of the now-dominant post-season format — required heightened client education and briefing alongside standard overlay management, as the event structure itself was new to venue operators and stakeholders.

Jake's role covered documentation, contractor coordination, client communications, and on-site event management — applying the overlay management methodology established through prior NCAA work to this new event format.
