NCAA Final Four tournaments at AT&T Stadium (Dallas, 2014) and Lucas Oil Stadium (Indianapolis, 2015) — converting NFL venues into basketball arenas for the most-watched college sporting events in the United States.
Jake's role covered temporary on-field seating installation, field of play construction, F&B outlet redesign, and exterior hospitality pavilion coordination. In Dallas he provided communication and direction to ground staff and coordinated security and construction during the event. In Indianapolis he handled documentation, contractor coordination, client communications, and on-site event management throughout.
