GMHBA Stadium — Stage 4 Redevelopment

Geelong, VIC2015–201633,500 seats

GMHBA Stadium (formerly Simonds Stadium) is a truly multi-purpose venue in Geelong — home to Geelong FC and host to a diverse range of elite and community sports and events. The Stage 4 redevelopment was a complete rebuild of the final stand, incorporating new public entries, premium player change rooms, and expanded F&B amenities.

As Architectural Assistant at Populous, Jake's role was construction documentation and coordination of trades on site for the final stages of the project under the project architect — directly managing the complex sequencing of works required to keep the venue operational throughout construction.
